Kitchen

Chef of Neapolitan origins, he began his career at the age of 15 dividing his time between school and his first seasonal jobs, continuing throughout the year per year in the kitchens of very renowned hotels in various cities in northern Italy. Passion and tenacity for this profession help him to grow little by little and earn money subsequent roles, and it's that determination that carries him in our nearby Côte d'Azur, which is between Montecarlo and neighboring countries perfects his way of seeing his cuisine, Mediterranean, Neapolitan but always making sure that the tradition remain the master. Today the chef is ready to leave a mark in this city.

CELLAR

We offer a wide choice of around 350 selected labels. We like to make you drink, but even more so to make you enjoy it and so we start with a choice of Campania wines, given the inspiration from the origins of the cuisine, we pass through a wide selection of Liguria given the place of origin, to then arrive at the Alta Langa, Franciacorta, Champagne, Italy, France, Greece, New Zealand, Spain, to get to Burgundy.

Our wine journey will introduce you to exciting small wine-growing realities and great companies already established to be tasted in their best vintages. A combination of rarity and quality.

Soon we will also offer our customers the opportunity to see our underground cellar where you can become passionate about the world of oenology with us. We will be constantly updating for yours palates.
